Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all utility systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Conduct research data collection to support decision-making processes related to utility management.
- Utilize basic math skills to analyze usage data and prepare reports on utility consumption.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and implement improvements in distributed control systems.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment installation or maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and other automated systems within the utility framework.
- Develop training programs for staff on best practices in utility management and safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in a utility management role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintaining utility systems.
- Experience in research data collection and analysis, particularly related to utilities, is beneficial.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in basic math for data analysis purposes.
- Previous exposure to distributed control systems and logic controllers will be advantageous.
