Auto Body Technician
Duties:
- Disassemble vehicles after the initial estimate, inspect all vehicles for internal structure and parts from the initial inspection (estimate) and identify additional damage.
- Discussing supplements based on additional damage/parts discovered.
- Perform light non-structural repairs to heavy structural repairs
- Reassemble vehicle – replace final moldings, trim and detail pieces.
- Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner that does not expose yourself or other employees to unnecessary risk of injury.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong automotive repair skills, including knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
- Experience with airless paint spraying for auto painting
- Ability to assemble and disassemble vehicle parts accurately
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality workmanship
