Our experienced HVAC Installation Leads serve our customers throughout the Denver area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000-$150,000 OTE
- Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance

Responsibilities
- Service customer homes within the Denver Metro.
- Install HVAC and ancillary systems in customer homes including:
- Furnaces
- A/C Systems
- Ductwork
- Humidifiers
- Work alongside and coach HVAC Install Apprentices
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Prior experience developing an Apprentice
Requirements
- 1 years of residential HVAC Installation experience
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly over the course of the workday
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5, rotating Saturdays
