- Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential homes, including:
- Furnaces, A/C systems, ductwork, humidifiers, water heaters
- Supervise, mentor, and coach HVAC install apprentices
- Deliver white-glove customer service and maintain clean, safe job sites
- Complete installs efficiently, accurately, and with pride in your work
- 2 years of residential HVAC install experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license 21 Yrs old
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. and work in attics/crawl spaces as needed
- Willingness to pass background and drug screening
- Monday – Friday, every other Saturday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
