With 25 years of experience servicing the Greater Phoenix metro, Emergency Air is looking for our next HVAC Service Manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building a successful and profitable HVAC Service team.
The Opportunity
Our company is growing, and we now need a great HVAC leader to take our team to the next level. Our managers aren't micromanaged - they run their departments and are responsible for getting the best out of their teams. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of residential HVAC and a track record of exceeding sales goals and creating satisfied customers.
Compensation & Benefits
- $150k OTE. $100,000 - $110,000 annual salary quarterly bonus structure milestone bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 20-25 HVAC Technicians and apprentices.
- Provide sales training for Technicians and Apprentices.
- Coach team to hit quality and revenue KPIs.
- Assign customer jobs to technicians best suited to the customer's needs.
- Address client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive a positive culture.
Requirements
- Prior team management experience
- Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals.
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Schedule: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Weekends and after-hours availability as needed.
