Compensation & Benefits
- Our HVAC Service Technicians earn $85,000-175,000 annually on a performance-based compensation plan

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities
- Servicing customer homes in the Denver Metro
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
- Working alongside and coaching HVAC Service Apprentices
- Common Job types include:
- Disassemble and clean HVAC systems
- Performing routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C units
- Certify HVAC systems according to both company policy and state and local laws
- Communicating with customers and vendors
- Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment
HVAC Service Technician Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales or upselling experience
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
HVAC Service Technician Requirements
- 1 year of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM. Rotating on-call schedule.
