The Opportunity
Our Manager in Training will work with multiple department leaders to understand and learn the day-to-day operations of our business in preparation for stepping into a department sales manager role with a track to a General Manager position in a future expansion market. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of team leadership, excellent critical thinking skills, and an adaptable mindset.
Manager in Training Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary with significant growth opportunities

Manager in Training Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to 5 (or more) metro areas of your choosing within a year of hire
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday with occasional after-hours availability.
