Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000-110,000 base salary aggressive monthly performance bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Electrical Technicians and Apprentices
- Drive both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability
- Provide sales and technical training to enhance team performance
- Coach team members to meet and exceed quality and revenue KPIs
- Strategically assign customer jobs to optimize technician skills and customer satisfaction
- Address client concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with multiple department leaders to gain comprehensive business insights
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
Requirements:
- 3 years of residential Electrical sales/service experience
- Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals and improving profitability
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
