A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / HOME SERVICES DISPATCHER
In this Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher role, you spend much of your day focusing on our clients being well-take care of, and our technicians working efficiently. You answer incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You also you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You are mindful of our technicians' schedules, skills, strength, and weaknesses, so you are intentional about scheduling jobs accordingly. You are sure to keep clients informed when techs are on the way, or if any delays arise.
In addition to your dispatching duties, you are intentional when interacting with clients to make sure they feel listened to and cared for in their questions, concerns, and individual needs. Utilizing your knowledge of our products and services, you do your best to answer questions appropriately and accurately. You take pride is providing service that is friendly, personable, and upbeat! A majority of your call are inbound, but you occasionally make outbound calls when scheduling maintenance appointments and follow up on previous estimates/service calls. Finally, in order to play an active role in the office, you help keep everything tidy and clean so that the office is a welcoming and comfortable place for everyone! You enjoy the teamwork that goes on in the office, and genuinely look forward to coming in each day!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional phone presence
- Computer skills including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Can pass a background and drug test
- Ability to work Saturdays (Sundays always off plus one week day)
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish a plus but not required
