Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing plans and events within their geographic region. He / she will work in partnership with their regional teams, at direction of national marketing to implement and evaluate local area marketing programs. This position is responsible for strengthening relationships with our franchise strategic partners and creating, maintaining, and increasing brand awareness, customer traffic and loyalty to the brands acting as the primary regional Brand Ambassador for ProColor Collision.

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer traffic, customer reviews and loyalty in the designated region
  • Act as primary corporate marketing support for franchisees while positively representing their brands and the business
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand local market conditions and customer needs, disseminating into actionable programs
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Manage and execute in-store franchisee promotions, events, and community outreach activities
  • Collaborate with local team to support B2B sales activities
  • Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives
  • Compile franchisee updates, stories, achievements and testimonials for internal and social media communications
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marketing activities and budgets
  • Communicate with cross-functional and national marketing teams regularly to drive business objectives
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage timely and effective posting of content and resources on the franchisee intranet
  • Collaborate on the research, development, and design of brand-specific e-newsletters
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update tracking documents to support franchisee implementation
  • Contribute to the creation of news releases and support media relations efforts
  • Assist franchisees in planning and executing grand opening events and community engagement activities
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience with multiple brands in a multi-unit marketing role, preferably in a franchise environment
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and B2B strategies
  • Experience with budget management and campaign analysis
  • Strong project management and analytical data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with traditional and digital media marketing
  • Proficient and experienced in MS Office suite, as well as Social and Digital Media Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • An understanding of Google Analytics, and other web, social and digital analytical tools.
  • Proven success creating multi-channel campaigns.
  • Working experience in managing organic and paid media campaigns and creating SEO optimized content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photo Shop and Adobe Acrobat) and other content development platforms preferred.
