Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
- Warmly welcome and professionally greet guests.
- Efficiently seat and section guests according to arrival order and reservation status.
- Present menus with detailed knowledge and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and food pairings.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Provide attentive and unobtrusive service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and met.
- Deliver food and beverages with impeccable timing and presentation.
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction.
Food and Beverage Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, and seasonality of dishes.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of wine varietals and food pairing principles.
- Confidently recommend wines and beverages to complement each course.
Restaurant Operations:
