IAM Lead

Position: IAM Lead

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with Client IAM Business enablement team to streamline stakeholder collaboration and communication for compliance reporting

and remediation planning.

Align IAM processes and controls with industry standards and Client's LoBs through detailed assessments.

Design survey structure and questions for predefined 11 IAM controls

Review and refine survey design with stakeholders. Pre-validate existing data points

Develop distribution plan for survey. Send out survey to application owners

Track response rates and follow up on non-respondents

Collect artifacts for compliance validation . Generate compliance status reports

Validate evidence against 13 control requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Masters or Bachelor's in Computers, Information Technology, or a related field

12 to 15 years' experience in IAM domain and Risk Governance

Experience of designing and implementing IAM solutions across various tools and technologies.

Understanding of IAM security framework, principles, and technologies.

Working knowledge of best industry practices and industry standards for IAM and Risk Governance

Excellent communication Skills.

Proficiency in data handling and analysis.
