Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agile and Continuous release process and will work closely to ensure incremental value delivery per program timeline. This role requires a proactive individual who can also advise solutions lead or provide support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Anaplan models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
Ø Optimize Anaplan model performance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and scalability.
Ø Integrate Anaplan effectively with other business systems and data sources.
Ø Develop, implement, and enforce best practices for Anaplan model building, data management, and governance.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
Ø Create process maps reflecting relationships between operating models and technology platforms, clearly defining roles within these processes.
Ø Engage with engineering teams to design technical solutions aligning with business requirements.
Ø Oversee implementation of technical solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Ø Conduct regular model reviews and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
Ø Stay updated with the latest and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
Ø Stay updated with the latest Anaplan features and functionalities, leveraging them for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Ø 10 years of experience in business systems analysis, data engineering, or related roles.
Ø Proven expertise in Anaplan model design, implementation, and maintenance.
Ø Strong understanding of data architecture, modelling, integration, and ETL processes.
Ø Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
Ø Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Java or Python programming languages.
Ø Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
Ø Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ø Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ø Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and data analytics tools.
Ø Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
Ø Agile methodology experience.
