Retail jewelry, watch, and cell phone repair store in the Mall of America is seeking an energetic salesperson / technician trainee to join our store. This highly-visible opportunity requires a dynamic, independent, multi-tasker to be in the heart of the store. If you are highly organized and have superior customer service skills, we would really like to meet with you.

The successful candidate will be professional in appearance, positive attitude and enjoy working with people. You will also require superior technical aptitude and problem solving abilities. If you are enthusiastic and can handle responsibility of a fast paced high volume environment, then this may be the position for you. Retail Sales

Resolve customer complaints

Ability to handle high volume, fast paced environment
Excellent language and communication skills required
Customer Service skills
Technical and Mechanical aptitude is a MUST
Candidate should have the ability and desire to learn various mechanical skills/tasks.
Some nights and weekend work hours are a must.

Compensation:
- Hourly based compensation depending on experience, knowledge, and overall attitude
- Performance based commission and Bonuses
