Millwork Installer

Duties and responsibilities

• Work with Install Crews in the build-out of light commercial/retail renovation projects.
• Interpret drawings and scope of work from drawings and onsite visits.
• Build and uphold a culture of Safety.
• Proficiently interpret building drawings.
• Work with budgeted hours for on-time completion of projects.
• Complete required documentation of time and work completed for each project.
• Perform such other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned pertaining to job completion.
• Work Safely and in accordance to local, state and federal safety standards.
• Complete required documentation of time an work completed.
• Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and organized.
• Properly service an maintain all equipment.
• Qualifications
• Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of building and coordination of construction projects.
• Ability to interact professionally with all customers, team members, and those from external organizations.
• Ability to work simultaneously with multiple teams on different projects.
• 3 years of experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% or more, as needed.
• Clean driving record with "F" endorsement preferred.
• Cannot have previous DUI or uninsurable driving record.
• LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF BAXTER TN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE!
• Some experience reading construction drawings and laying out work from blueprints very helpful.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
• 1-2 years of experience in preferably more than one of the following: basic carpentry, drywall, basic electric, basic plumbing, flooring, or project management.

• Required experience:
• Building trades experience for cabinetry or millwork
• Required license or certification:
• Driver's License, Preferable Class F Endorsement.
