Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and employee orientation to foster a high-performing team.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for members.
- Develop and execute sales management strategies to increase membership and retention rates.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure the fitness center operates within its means while maximizing profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Organize and lead fitness programs, classes, and events that engage members and promote community involvement.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
