Business Analyst - US Commercial Healthcare Insurance Industry Experience Required

We are searching for a Business Analyst who not only brings a wealth of experience in the Commercial Healthcare Insurance industry but is also adept and comfortable in a role which involves direct interaction with clients. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation and proven track record in the following areas claims processing, products, and benefits management.
The Business Analyst may cover multiple projects and is responsible for analyzing stakeholder needs and business processes to identify, write, and validate business/user requirements for large software projects. Within Agile teams at FJA, the BA is also responsible to support and/or manage that business requirements are captured as project epics/features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria to be utilized for project team execution.

Work Location-Hybrid: Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. All candidates must be a resident of the US and must reside within a 50-mile radius of our local FJA office in Downtown Denver, CO. Team members are currently required to work at their local FJA office a minimum of 2 days/week. The minimum number of in-office day(s) requirement may be higher and can vary between roles/functions, performance, projects, and departments. The minimum number of in-office day(s) requirement is subject and anticipated to increase at any time, with or without reason, at the discretion of the Company.
Work Schedule: This position requires availability during operational hours as determined by specific business and client needs that may include different time zone(s) than an individual’s physical location. Dependent upon business requirements, schedule flexibility with and without advance notice is required as this position may necessitate working additional days and hours outside of the employee’s regular work schedule.
Travel: Flexibility to travel as business needs dictate is required. Domestic overnight travel will be required to other FJA and/or client offices; frequency varies between roles, departments, and/or projects.
