We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst responsible for analyzing and modeling data into FJA’s platform. The successful incumbent must possess the ability to rapidly learn, understand and analyze lifecycle of product data using standard software development methodologies, product model structure, and client products, processes, and requirements documentation. Additionally, they must be proficient in using statistical techniques and tools to analyze data sets, identify trends, patterns, correlations, and outliers. This includes exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data visualization. The Data Analyst must demonstrate skill in cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis which involves dealing with missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies, as well as merging and reshaping data sets as needed.

Work Location: Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. All candidates must be a resident of the US and must reside within a 50-mile radius of a local FJA office in Boca Raton, FL, Downtown Denver, CO, or Midtown New York City, NY. Team members are currently required to work at their local FJA office a minimum of 1 day/week. The minimum number of in-office day(s) requirement may be higher and can vary between roles/functions, performance, projects, and departments. The minimum number of in-office day(s) requirement is subject and anticipated to increase at any time, with or without reason, at the discretion of the Company.

Work Schedule: This position requires availability during operational hours as determined by specific business and client needs that may include different time zone(s) than an individual’s physical location. Dependent upon business requirements, schedule flexibility with and without advance notice is required as this position may necessitate working additional days and hours outside of the employee’s regular work schedule.

Travel: Flexibility to travel as business needs dictate is required. Domestic overnight travel will be required to other FJA and/or client offices; frequency varies between roles, departments, and/or projects.

Physical Demands: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; grasp and/or reach with hands and arms; repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close visual acuity and ability to adjust focus to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing computer monitor(s); extensive reading; and legally operate a motor vehicle.

Hiring Pay Range: The stated hiring pay range is our good faith belief at the time of this posting. Final compensation placement will vary based on multiple factors such as position level placement, experience, knowledge, geographic location, competencies, and skill level as well as internal equity.

Bonus Compensation: Discretionary annual bonus amounts are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on company and individual performance. Discretionary annual bonuses, when paid, are determined by the leadership team, and is based upon an individual going above and beyond the scope of the job role.
