This is a part-time sales associate position, reporting to the store manager.
What You'll Do
- Provide unforgettable service : Guide guests to the right products, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs
- Drive sales : Use your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors to guide guests to the products that support their outdoor adventures
- Maintain store standards : Keep our displays inviting, restock inventory, and ensure transactions are seamless and efficient
- Foster teamwork : Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- Share our mission : Educate guests about Fjllrven's values and sustainability practices to inspire loyalty and connection
- Participate in events : Help build community by supporting in-store and local events
