The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for developing a strong relationship with consumers while simultaneously supporting other teams throughout the organization. A best-fit candidate should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication. This position offers competitive pay and benefits as well as strong opportunities for growth. The Customer Relations Representative role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as the flexibility to be assigned to different territories according to the company's clients' needs. The Customer Relations Representative will also act as a bridge between clients and consumers to ensure both needs are met. The role requires an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.

  • How to effectively deliver our clients' message to different types of people in a comfortable and confident manner
  • Business and Management skills including leadership skills, training others and managing a team
  • Stay current on our client’s products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, ZOOM calls, and networking events
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s daily processes and goals and how it interacts with the customer relations team
  • Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully to deliver the best possible customer service experience

Requirements:

  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role
  • The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities
  • A high degree of professionalism and reliability
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Work Location: Multiple Locations
