Job Summary :
We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and personable Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of club members, guests, staff, and property. Your presence will ensure that the club operates smoothly while maintaining a serene and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities :
- Access Control : Monitor and regulate access to the club's premises, including screening members, guests, and vendors in line with club policies.
- Patrolling : Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to observe and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards within and around the premises.
- Incident Reporting : Document and report all incidents, accidents, disturbances, or violations, and take appropriate actions in case of emergencies.
- Emergency Response : Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies (medical, fire, safety), and assist in evacuation procedures if necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, EMS and fire departments when necessary.
- Surveillance : Operate security systems such as cameras, alarms, and other monitoring equipment to ensure continuous surveillance of the property.
- Guest Assistance : Provide excellent customer service by assisting members and guests with general inquiries while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other security personnel, club management, and staff to uphold security procedures and contribute to a harmonious atmosphere.
- Event Support : Provide security support during special events or gatherings, ensuring the safety of all involved while respecting the club’s culture of exclusivity and comfort.
