We are seeking an Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategist to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience. This role will collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive omnichannel strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Omnichannel Strategy :
Translate brand strategy into integrated customer experiences across digital and non-digital channels
Develop omnichannel marketing campaigns for assigned pharma / biopharma brands
Drive customer engagement through personal and non-personal promotion tactics
Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary liaison between Brand Teams and Omnichannel Digital Delivery
Educate teams on HCP & Consumer promotions, campaign setup, and omnichannel capabilities
Lead and influence strategic recommendations and campaign optimizations
Omnichannel Execution & Optimization :
Define business requirements for omnichannel campaigns and prioritize brand backlogs
Work with IT, analytics, compliance, and vendors to execute campaigns
Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing :
Implement and oversee digital transformation projects to enhance customer experience
Use data insights & analytics to refine marketing strategies
Influence the evolution of omnichannel marketing capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Omnichannel Strategy, or Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, segmentation, and engagement tactics
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, Tealium, JIRA
Knowledge of digital channels (email, SMS, web, social, SEM, direct mail, events)
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Proven track record in performance measurement & analytics
Preferred Experience :
Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry (preferred but flexible)
Experience working in regulated industries with omnichannel marketing
Background in media / advertising agencies supporting healthcare clients
Familiarity with Agile workflows & backlog management (JIRA, Scrum, etc.)
