They're seeking an experienced electrician who's ready to transition into a leadership role managing and estimating electrical projects. Your practical knowledge will be key to ensuring each project is quoted accurately, runs smoothly, and finishes on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of small-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects, typically under $100K
- Estimate and plan for industrial equipment relocations and machine moves
- Oversee commercial LED lighting retrofits
- Coordinate small commercial renovations from start to finish
- Create material lists and manage procurement
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and crews
Qualifications:
- 20–25 years of hands-on electrical trade experience
- Solid understanding of jobsite operations and blueprint reading
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Average computer proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
