Duties
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Supervise the work of office staff and provide guidance and support
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and appointments
- Handle vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist in human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Oversee budgeting and accounting functions
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage phone systems
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Two direct reports.
- Accounting experience ideal.
- Must be able to complete tasks without direct supervision and a reasonable sense of urgency.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
