Delivery and Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products within the warehouse safely.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks or box trucks.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in delivery driving or courier services is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
• Familiarity with commercial driving practices is beneficial for those involved in delivery aspects of the role.
