Role Summary & Our A-Player Defined:
As a Warehouse Associate, you play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing:
- Accurately process, package, and ship orders to customers.
- Inventory Management:
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory levels.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Organize warehouse space and assist in warehouse projects.
Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
Documentation:
- Check, verify, and fill customer invoices.
Safety and Hygiene:
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
- Organize warehouse space and assist in warehouse projects.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Maintenance:
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized on a daily basis.
- Printing Support:
- Assist with in-house printing of clothing.
Requirements:
- Proven warehouse experience.
- Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift or move heavy products.
- High school diploma.
- Actively living in the Flathead Valley
About the position:
7am-3pm MST, Full-time 40 hours per week. Some weekends (specifically in November/December)
$18.00 per hour
