Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Centerless Grinder Operator to join our team in an aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating Cincinnati #2 Centerless Grinders, working with titanium and steel parts with a maximum diameter of 3/8 inch. This is a first-shift position with a strong possibility of full-time hire for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Cincinnati #2 automatic centerless grinders to precision specifications.
Set up and operate Cincinnati #2 automatic centerless grinders to precision specifications.
Work with titanium and steel parts ensuring quality and consistency.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness.
Adhere to all safety and quality control guidelines.

Qualifications:
Proven experience operating Cincinnati #2 Centerless Grinders in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of grinding techniques, including feed rates and wheel dressing.
Familiarity with aerospace-grade materials, including titanium and steel.
Comfortable working with small-diameter parts (up to 3/8 inch).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Proven experience operating Cincinnati #2 Centerless Grinders in a manufacturing environment.
