Job Title: Supervisor, Maintenance Location: Pico, CA Shift: 1st (Open to 2nd) Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and support maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, experience with industrial controls, and the ability to lead a team to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment operation and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ranging from 120V single-phase up to 240/480V three-phase power.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and other industrial control systems.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities and optimizing preventive maintenance.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify failures and implement long-term solutions.
- Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to improve equipment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance or industrial setting is ideal.
- Hands-on electrical experience with industrial machinery and controls.
- Working knowledge of industrial electronics and automation systems (PLC programming/troubleshooting preferred).
- Experience with CMMS systems, RCA methodologies, and TPM initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Certifications or training in electrical systems, PLCs, or maintenance management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
