We are looking to hire a Receiving Admin in the city of Paramount, CA . This is a Contract opportunity to join our OSP department.
Schedule: Hours are from 6:30am to 3pm from M, W, F and T/Th 11am to 3:00pm.
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary: The Receiving Administrator position is primarily responsible for receiving purchase orders into the MRP system, signing off work order travelers, and moving the travelers to the next department. Receiving administrators also are responsible for locating work travelers, scanning travelers, making sure the associated paperwork are being properly processed to ensure accurate MRP system.
Essential Functions: Interface with various departments and understand and solve account purchase order and receiving issues on a regular basis through phone calls, emails, visits to various departments.
Knowledge Skills, & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as approved by the hiring manager.
- Minimum one year related work experience is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or aerospace a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with internal customers.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to relate well to people of diverse cultures.
- Experience working in order entry in an MRP or ERP environment.
Salary : $20
