Crew members are responsible for guiding traffic safely through work zones using appropriate equipment and communication. They assist crew leaders in setting up and maintaining work zones.

Crew Member
This is our entry-level position in the field with room to advance within your first 90 days!
Crew Leader
Crew leaders are responsible for setting up basic flagging operations, and actively guiding traffic in work zones. This role is critical in taking the initiative to meet with clients for a pre-job brief. Upon promotion of this position, you will be provided with a company vehicle, necessary equipment, and a fuel card.
Advanced Crew Leader
Advanced crew leaders are another important part of our daily operations as they are responsible for setting up complex work zones, including shifting lanes, merging patterns, and complex intersection work. These professionals participate in guiding traffic in work zones, meet with clients for pre-job briefs, and in addition to the items provided as a crew leader, are also given more equipment and responsibility with teams.
