Flagger Force , an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Financial Analyst. This position will be based out of our corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.
The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for collaboratively compiling financial, fleet and operational data to prepare reports that demonstrate successes and areas of improvement throughout the organization while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission. Insights developed from this department are used by leadership to make effective business decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for company consumption
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop monthly trend analysis and reporting
- Assist in developing and interpreting financial metric and evaluating best practices to enhance financial performance as it relates to clients, employees and fleet.
- Assist in preparations of annual forecasting and budgeting
- Perform weekly and monthly reporting metrics on Operations Services Center KPIs
- Conduct research and analysis on Fleet performance including maintenance and fuel cost/frequency
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting and status updates to FP&A Manager
- Work closely with Accountants and Analysts to ensure prompt and accurate reporting
- Assisting with special projects as needed, which may involve financial analysis, data gathering, and presentation preparation.
- Recognize business challenges and communicate recommended action plans to FP&A Manager Other duties as assigned by FP&A Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software systems
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, Lookup functions, nested functions, etc.)
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to create effective visualizations to display data through a number of applications
- Previous analytical experience preferred
- Previous Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
