Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Payroll Analyst. This position will be based out of our Corporate Office located in Hummelstown, PA.
The Payroll Analyst position is primarily responsible for all aspects of the weekly payroll process for Field employees. This includes confirming payroll information, processing PR approvals, additional earnings and Fringe benefits while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review of time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments, and post information in designated records
- Compute wages and deductions and enter data into computer system
- Record employee information, such as exemptions, terminations, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records
- Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees
- Reconcile health benefit deductions on a weekly basis
- Work closely with area locations and the OSC to process payroll items requiring approvals, research and resolve payroll

- Complete certified payrolls for prevailing wage projects
- Track fringe benefits for field employees
- Process Employee Verifications for Domestic Relations Matters.
- Monitor and update payroll trackers in relation to Employee Services and Billing
- Perform special projects as needed or assigned by Payroll Supervisor
- Additional reporting, analytics, auditing as required Attend and participate in various department meetings as necessary

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software systems
