Flagger Force , an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Quality Professional . This position will work out of our Hummelstown, PA location.
Job Summary:
The Quality Professional is responsible for monitoring and maintaining vehicle dash camera systems within and around vehicles to ensure the safety and protection of assets, passengers, and property. Provide real-time monitoring of cameras installed in vehicles to review videos, risky behaviors, conduct investigations, reporting and auditing of information within the system. They play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and passengers. This role will also provide support to other departments through trending data analysis, report generation and product/process research.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Monitoring systems: continuously monitor vehicle dash cameras and review subsequent footage to identify driving behaviors both positive and negative.
· Communication: Maintain effective communication with Field Operations and Risk teams.
· Documentation: Compiling and reporting based on metrics provided through the system.
· Technical Expertise: Familiarity with dash camera systems, GPS tracking, and communication devices to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
· Security Policy Adherence: Adhere to company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
· Training: Stay updated on dash camera technologies and attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
· Incident Reporting: Reviewing, auditing and providing reporting of incidents.
· Supporting: provide data analysis, research and KPIs

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Knowledge of dash camera systems.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant during extended periods of monitoring.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· The role may require extended periods of sitting and monitoring screens
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent; or experience in a related field is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's or associate Degree
· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel for the purpose of data analysis
· Experience with Vehicle video/telematics solutions
