What You’ll Do as a Flagger:
- Be trained as a traffic control expert by MDOT-certified trainers
- Notify drivers of the need to reduce speed or stop when driving through construction zones
- Maintain safe construction zones for both construction crew and civilians
- Coordinate with other flaggers to maintain a safe flow of traffic
- Gain valuable construction site experience!
What We Offer:
- Starting pay $18-$20 per hour; Actual on average pay between $22-$27 per hour; based on hourly rate, OT and non-taxable mileage paid per mile

- Must be 18 ,
- MUST have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
