SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE :
The Center for Religion and Culture (CRC) at Flagler College is seeking a dynamic Digital Media & Content Marketing Specialist to drive communications efforts and increase the center's impact and visibility. This role will play a crucial part in the strategic and tactical communication of the CRC's mission, initiatives, and events. Reporting to the Director of the CRC, the ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Content Creation & Management : Design, produce, schedule, and market engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, and the CRC website.
- Digital Media & Brand Management : Oversee the CRC's digital presence, ensuring consistency and high standards for branding and design across all digital and print materials.
- Event Marketing & Promotion : Develop and implement promotional campaigns for CRC events, such as forums, lectures, and community gatherings, including creating marketing materials and digital assets.
- Collaborative Partnerships : Work closely with Flagler College's Marketing and Communications team to include press releases, major announcements, and other tasks.
- Podcast & Content Promotion : Support CRC's podcast by handling promotional activities, such as creating social media teasers, writing episode summaries, and posting content across platforms.
- Audience Engagement & Growth : Build and maintain a CRM database for audience insights, create tools for audience capture (e.g., QR codes, Google Forms), and leverage data to refine engagement strategies.
- Strategic Communications : Assist in developing a communications strategy that aligns with and promotes the CRC's mission, values, and priorities.
- Presentations & Internal Support : Collaborate with CRC staff to create and develop high quality digital presentations, outreach materials, and other visual content as needed.
