What are the responsibilities and job description for the SUB BUS AIDE position at Flagler County Schools?
Substitute Operators / Aides positions are probationary positions with full time / part time hours.
After successful service as a substitute operators / aides, personnel normally transition to full time district employees with benefits paid in accordance with the bus operators / aides pay schedule.
The school district provides training and testing for qualified substitute operators / aides candidates and pays candidates minimum wage while training. After successfully completing training and testing substitute operators / aides will be paid in accordance with the bus operators / aides pay schedule.
Substitute operators / aides will most likely work 5 days per week.
