Qualifications & Skills:
- Kitchen experience preferred.
- Knife skills are a must.
- Have the ability to identify tasks and stay busy.
- Self motivation is a must and an eye for the future.
- Must be able to accept constructive criticism and be willing to learn.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prep food and follow recipes.
- Make sauces, soups, salads and dishes.
- Ability to read tickets, prepare dishes in a timely manner and be consistent with food presentation.
- Clean workstations and equipment.
- Stock produce and rotate.
- Good communication with other staff members.
