Job Description
What You Will Do
- Support managers operating the car wash sites and supervising tasks of crewmembers.
- Greet and engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages and promotions.
- Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to retail customers.
- Safely utilize car wash equipment and chemicals.
- Guide customers to safely enter or exit the car wash tunnel and while operating equipment.
- Skillfully vacuum cars upon entry, clear away trash, and prep vehicles for the tunnel experience.
- Dry, polish, and detail vehicles for both interior and exterior spaces.
- In some full-service locations, crew members may drive customer vehicles to and from the tunnel.
- Cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and general upkeep of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
