The Maintenance technician is a critical team member directly responsible for equipment repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance for an assigned group of locations. This individual travels daily providing routine scheduled maintenance and completing unscheduled breakdown repairs. This position ensures any other facility issues are addressed within the assigned area as completed properly and in a timely manner.

What You Will Do
- Repair, service, test and troubleshoot carwash equipment.
- Ensures maximum uptime for sites through regular preventative maintenance activities.
- Installs and/or supports new equipment installation for car wash sites, warehouses, and company property.
- Efficiently manages time to ensure completion for assigned tasks are within stated guidelines based on severity of issue.
- Coaches site personnel on the identification and reporting of car wash equipment performance and facility issues.
- Assists the Maintenance Manager in parts inventory needed to keep sites operational at peak effectiveness.
- Properly retain accurate records for personal vehicle mileage while on company business or proper upkeep of company provided vehicle.
- Practices safe driving practices and adherence to maintenance requirements.
- Ensures all facility related issues are addressed within assigned sites.
- Other duties as required.
- A self-starter and able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 75 lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.
- Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
- Able to frequently travel to local area sites to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions.
- Previous six months experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, ideally in an industrial or car wash setting.
- Demonstrated experience or willingness to learn electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Able to pass a contingent background screening.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Welding experience a plus
- Competitive pay $25 /hour
