At Flagship Communities, we are seeking a skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing various landscaping maintenance and snow removal duties (where applicable). Some of the key responsibilities include:
Lawn Maintenance:
- Mowing lawns
- Weeding
- Planting flowers
- Plowing snow
- Removing debris from property grounds
Customer Service:
- Providing quality customer service to residents and guests
Additional Responsibilities:
- Emptying trash and shoveling
- Performing maintenance or repair duties using blowers, mowers, drills, or other hand tools
- Inspecting irrigation systems regularly
- Picking up trash and debris from common areas and streets
- Maintaining community equipment
- Reporting maintenance issues and concerns
- Ensuring the community is presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous lawn care experience in the resort/hospitality industry preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of general grounds maintenance techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient skills in operating hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
