We are seeking a dynamic Director of HR Technology with a specialty in Learning and Talent Development Solutions to join our global team. Education and Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, technology program management, HR technology, learning systems, marketing automation, or a related field is necessary.
- Proven success in managing stakeholders within a complex, international organization is essential.
- Practical experience with automation workflows to enhance global processes is beneficial.
- Robust leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team toward a shared goal are crucial.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels, are imperative.

The salary range for this position is $113,850 to $216,315 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units / stock grants.
Washington Applicants Only : Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and are eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
