Position Summary
Company FL110 is seeking a seasoned and visionary Systems Engineering talent to join our engineering team.
You will be developing new hardware platforms that enable next-generation proteomics. You'll be at the forefront of our product development life cycle. From conception to deployment, you'll be delivering high-quality, reliable systems for both developers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical project lead responsible for all design and development activities.
- Build and manage high-performing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent to foster professional growth and ensure team success.
- Designing, creating and realizing next-generation platform for FL110's proteomics solution.
- Provide systems engineering leadership through a products full development lifecycle, from early stage research to beta testing and product release.
- Understand and translate customer requirements to design requirements and developing a verification and validation strategy for the platform.
- Contribute to early stage rapid concept development, prototype and test iterations with cross-functional teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop and test subsystem concepts, and develop subsystem architectures.
- Create, maintain, and update documents for all aspects of the development process as well as contributing to generating intellectual property
