Flagship Rehab is seeking to hire a part time or full time 32 hrs / week Occupational Therapist that is motivated and eager to make a difference in the daily lives of our residents. We are a family owned and therapist run company that strives in providing our residents with the highest quality of care. Occupational Therapist responsibilities include therapy screening, evaluations, daily treatment sessions, billing and documentation, discharge planning and supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistant(s). Billing and documentation is completed via Net Health (formally Optima HCS). Productivity standards of 85% weekly. Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking / standing most of the day, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
