Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing rehab treatment sessions as outlined in the Plan of Care, under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Completing daily billing and documentation electronically via Net Health (formerly Optima HCS), adhering to a weekly productivity goal of 90%.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong physical and mental health status, with the ability to walk/stand most of the day, lift, transfer, and push residents and equipment.
- A Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PREFERRED) certification or license.

Work Environment
