As a host in our fast-paced restaurant, you are more than just a welcoming smile. You set the tone for each guest’s experience, ensuring a memorable first impression and a warm farewell. Whether seating guests, assisting with carry-out orders, maintaining the waitlist, or helping deliver food to tables, you excel at creating positive interactions and fostering a welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
• A desire to learn about our food, beverages, and to-go process to provide top-notch service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests: Welcome guests warmly and manage the restaurant’s flow by seating tables efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Build Connections: Cultivate relationships with guests, recognizing regulars and making new customers feel valued.
• Manage the Waitlist: During busy times, maintain and organize the waitlist, providing regular updates to guests about wait times.
• Assist with Take-Out: Ensure take-out orders are accurate and prepared promptly, maintaining high service standards.
• Handle Inquiries: Answer phone calls professionally, providing information about reservations, menu options, and special events.
