What Were Looking For:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Prepared for a fast-paced work environment while upholding food and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout the workday and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create prep lists and follow opening/closing procedures for line stations.
- Complete cleaning assignments, portion, and prepare menu items.
- Follow recipes precisely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Uphold restaurant cleanliness standards and adhere to the employee code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive work environment for all.
