Captain

Flagship Towing is seeking full/part time USCG License captain to provide marine assistance to boaters in St. Augustine, FL. The candidate must possess superior boat handling skills and a willingness to learn the policies and operational procedures required of all Flagship Towing captains. This position involves towing disabled vessels, fuel delivery, battery jumps, ungrounding and salvage services. There is flexibility in scheduling with other Captains. On water patrol schedule is typically Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 11am-8pm local time. On Call days available.

Captains who seek this position must possess the following:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to enrollment in a random drug testing program.
• Valid USCG license with Assistance Towing endorsement.
• Excellent twin engine boat handling skills.
• Ability to use electronic technology to efficiently provide service.
• Able to commit to working nights, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Comfortable with exposure to harsh weather conditions and rough seas.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
