OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The Outreach Manager is responsible for increasing patient volume and market share through the introduction of our services to patients, veteran service and outreach organizations. This position will assume ownership and responsibility for defined market membership growth, in addition to growing and strengthening existing relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Possess a clear understanding of the organization’s mission, vision, and foundation.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual outreach plan outlining specific account targets, and account importance within market, to achieve organizational goals.
- Deliver and coordinate educational presentations to existing and prospective members.
- Coordinate outreach efforts for other outreach team members, local operational and clinic staff
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with referral sources to include VSOs and Veteran outreach organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure flyers and brochures deliver a strong message and that social media platforms are utilized.
- Utilize CRM for leads, expense tracking, proposals, presentations, and other information about prospective and existing referral sources.
- Research and develop strategies which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development, including public relations and community outreach.
- Represent and promote the organization at various community and/or business meeting opportunities.
- Participate in and contribute to management meetings and team projects.
- Collaborate with the operations team in order to coordinate services.
- All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
- 5 years business development or sales experience strongly preferred.
- 3 years member/patient acquisition experience preferred. (Either health care insurer or provider based)
- Any experience with military or veteran populations is preferred
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, health care administration or a related discipline is desirable but not required. Equivalent work experience also desirable.

Salary Range:
$72-88K (Base Salary)
$15-28K (Target Incentive/Performance Salary)
