What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Call & Distribution Specialist position at Flagstar Bank?
The Professional Lending Team provides leverage to employees of Private Equity firms and firms with a partnership structure for their equity purchase or fund investment needs. We create a customized loan program with each firm and then work with individual borrowers to extend credit. Our business model is based on capturing as much of the firm and client banking relationship beyond just our product, so providing an exemplary client experience is essential to our success. The CC&D Specialist is responsible for facilitating Capital Call and Distribution transactions, responding to firm inquiries, and conveying transaction needs internally. This person will work directly with firms to ensure transactions are prepared, reviewed, executed, and monitored in a timely manner. They will also communicate deadlines / needs with internal partners. The ideal candidate understands that client service is the core of our business model, is detail oriented, is comfortable going above and beyond stated job requirements when special scenarios arise and is comfortable explaining confidential financial information and loan documentation. Pay Range : $84,878.04- $112,463.40- $140,048.77
