Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, including experience in the financial services industry.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z preferred.
- Ability to train and mentor others, as well as utilize digital products and self-service technologies.
